VS 2022 Visual Studio Error

Hi,

I've been working on my project and I'd made a new form, came to the Project Properties > Application to change the startup object, selected my new form. At this point I received an error, I don't know why I didn't note it down I usually always do. I maybe thought it was just a glitch and tried to run my project with the originally selected startup form. The project ran but I immediately noticed Windows Styles were not applied. I think it was at this point I closed the Project Properties tab and received a different error saying "something CATASTROPHIC something..." I know I can't believe I didn't note these errors down.

I panicked made a copy of my project and restarted the computer.

Now when I open my project in visual studio I get the following message:

Although I can't get this to appear now. The selected startup form was something like My.MyApplication (I changed this back to my forma startup form).

In the Project Properties under Application I'm missing the bottom set of options (please see images attached)

Any help would be really appreciated.
